Wedding Coordinating & Management

Your day should be spent enjoying all the special moments with your partner and loved ones. A wedding day involves a lot of moving parts. Let us coordinate it for you so you do not have to worry about any of the details besides saying "I do"! Our coordinating packages cover your wedding management needs. These packages include, but are not limited to the following:

  • 2 planners with 11 years of experience

  • Complementary communication beings the day you book us

  • Create a personalized day of timeline

  • Collaborate with your vendors & coordinate timelines

  • Coordinate small details that are overlooked

  • Coordinating cocktail hour & assist in a room flip 

  • Coordinate the wedding day cues and with the DJ: grand entrance, speeches, first dances, etc.

  • Stress free day for you & your family

Packages range from 8 hours to 12 hours. Prices start at $1,100.

Full & Partial Planning 

We also offer full and partial wedding planning packages. With a combined 11 years of experience in the industry, we can plan the perfect day & find the best vendors for you. These packages are  customized based on your needs & guest count with the average investment being $4,000. Contact us to learn more. 

Décor Design

Our décor design package is perfect for the couple who need help bringing their vision together. We help design the wedding day vision and execute it on the day of. Pricing is determined after an initial call as it depends upon your needs. The average investment is $800. Additionally, we have an inventory of décor that you can rent. With the purchase of any package with Common Rue Events, décor rental is discounted to you! End of Night Clean Up

Tearing down the décor and cleaning up at the end of the night is not what you want to be doing, so let us help! We offer a clean-up package where we will come back at the end of the night to put away all of the décor. The average investment is $400.
